Meilensteine teilen den Entwicklungsverlauf in wichtigen Etappen mit Zwischenzielen und erleichtern damit sowohl die Planung als auch die Kontrolle des Projektfortschritts. Die Meilensteintrendanalyse versucht, aus der zeitlichen Verschiebung von Meilensteinen eine Prognose f\u00fcr den weiteren Projektfortschritt und f\u00fcr die Entwicklung des Themas Apherese abzuleiten.<\/p>\n<p>Wichtige Etappen sind:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.austrian-apheresis-association.at\/aaa\/kongress\/\">\u2022 2.
