Die Online-Anmeldung ist über den folgenden Link bis zum 14. März 2018 möglich. Nach diesem Datum ist die Anmeldung nur vor Ort am Kongresszentrum in Imperial Riding School Renaissance Hotel möglich.

When registering for the symposium the General Terms and Conditions (pdf) are accepted and bindingly apply.

Registration fee includes:

• Attendance at the scientific program
• Acces to the exhibition
• Symposium materials
• Refreshments during the breaks
• Attendance at the welcome reception on Thursday, March 22, 2018

Payment methods
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via e-mail.
For paying by bank transfer you will receive an invoice including all payment details via e-mail. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate.
Please note: When registering for the early fee the payment by bank transfer must be conducted until January 15, 2018. Otherwise the higher fee automatically applies for the registration and you will receive a new invoice from the Congress Secretariat subsequently.
The late registration fee must be paid fully prior to the conference. Otherwise the participant has to pay the higher on-site conference fee in cash or by credit card at the registration desk in Vienna.

Cancellation of registration
For all cancellations received until January 15, 2018 the paid registration fees will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 50 % of the bookings. After this date no refunds will be made for any cancellations, and accordingly the demand for full payment of the registration fees remains. Any changes of the registration and all cancellations must be communicated to the K.I.T. Group GmbH Dresden in writing only.

Social Program
A booking of the Gala dinner at the ballroom of the Viennese City Hall on March 23, 2018 is binding and the full payment prior to the conference is mandatory. A cancellation until January 15, 2018 is possible without handling charge. No refund will be made for cancellations received after January 15, and the claim for the full payment of the fee remains, respectively.
